Overview

This study is designed in the tradition of an inductive Bible study — six days of questions each week, with commentary and a creative reflection day to close. The arc moves from honesty and lament through understanding God's heart to the practical work of new patterns and a secure identity.

For the Individual

Plan for 20–30 minutes each day. Begin by reading the week's Scripture passage in full before starting Day 1.

Days 1–2 are observational — read carefully and notice what the text actually says.

Days 3–5 move into interpretation and personal application.

Day 6 is your reflection and prayer day — the most important day of the week. Take your time. Don't rush it.

The act of writing is part of the process. What you write here is between you and God. Your answers save automatically as you type and are private to your account.

For a Small Group

This study works well in groups of 4–8 women. Each participant completes the week's questions individually before gathering. The group meeting is the place to share what surfaced — not to answer questions for the first time.

Ground rules: What is shared stays in the group. No pressure to share anything you are not ready to share. This is not a space for advice-giving or fixing — it is a space for honest witness and prayer.

Suggested format: Open with prayer (10 min) · Share one thing from the week's reading (10 min) · Discuss 2–3 questions that surfaced the most (50 min) · Close with prayer for one another (20 min).
